In terms of market rate and affordable multifamily apartments, FCL has expanded throughout Texas, 15+ cities and three states. Utilizing our in-house knowledge of local requirements and codes from past experiences can prove invaluable for helping to produce a product that maintains budget expectations and schedule durations.
Our team continues to contribute to the betterment of the cities we work in through joint partnerships with local housing authorities. FCL has worked with the Housing Authority of the City of El Paso (HOME), Dilley Housing Authority, Port Isabel Housing Authority, and the Opportunity Home San Antonio (OHSA) just to name a few. Many of these deals require specific tax credit deliverables of which we have the experience and a proven history of achieving.
