Since joining Franklin Construction in May 2024 as a Senior Project Manager, Brett has been instrumental in overseeing major projects like Allen Parkway Village and Historic Oaks at Allen Parkway Village. His remarkable career includes working with prominent names such as DHI, NRP, EMBREY, and Fairfield, showcasing his expertise and commitment to the field. His background in multifamily projects spans urban podium/wrap developments, garden-style residences, student housing, and casitas.
