One of Franklin Construction Limited’s newest projects is the historic El Jardin hotel located in Brownsville, TX. This building was originally constructed in the 1920s and began operating in 1927. Nearly one hundred years later, our team is proud to restore this space into a 44 unit apartment building that will highlight features of just over a century of history.
